ARTIST'S RIGHTS

• I retain the copyright and the intellectual rights of the artwork (unless commissioned for commercial use)

• I may refuse any commission request without providing reasoning

• I may alter the prices of my artwork/designs and create or withhold certain commission types

• If I cannot complete a commission you will receive full refund if I have not already started your commission. According to the percentage of art/design I have completed I will deduct from this refund.

• I may use my own art/designs (ie, for advertising and portfolio work)

• I maintain the right to charge extra on commissions for commercial use 

CLIENT'S RIGHTS

• You may use your commission for private use (unless commissioned for commercial use)

• You may cancel your commission before payment

• You may request for two alterations during the WIP (Work in Progress) process and one minor alteration before
  the finished artwork.

• For Logos, you will receive two batches of designs for alterations and request up to 3 minor alterations to the final design.

• Additional changes may be made at further cost.

• You may receive a WIP (Work in Progress) of your commission on request. (One will always be sent to you at the beginning of the art/design process)

• You may inquire about any other questions not answered here

• You may repost/upload your commission but you must always give full credit to me as the artist/designer with a link to the original post or any of my socials.

• You must send full payment before I will begin your commission

• You can in no way, make a profit from my art (unless commissioned for commercial use)

• You can not claim the work as your own

• You can not edit my art without my permission 

• You can not remove my signature

CUSTOM DESIGNS and ADOPTABLES

• You can create or commission art of the design

• You can alter the design as long as I am still credited for the original design

• You can sell/gift/trade the design as long as it is not sold for more than you brought it for (unless sold for the value of additional art)

PAYMENT

• DeviantART Points may be accepted for commissions below the value of $40 usd ( $1USD = 100pts )

• PayPal is now available! I will dm you my paypal details for you to send funds

• All PayPal commissions will be in USD
